Summary:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Pollinate Marketing. This role will play a part across all client platforms, including social media, website updates and marketing initiatives. This client-facing role will be responsible for executing organic and paid campaigns across multiple platforms, supporting client outcomes, and creating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients and their team. 

This person should be equal parts creative and analytical while also being service minded in order to deliver our services with effectiveness and infusing levity and friendship in our clients’ and our own day-to-day.  If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, and love a fast paced environment, we encourage you to apply. 

This position requires a self-sufficient, detail-oriented team player that will be a contributor to the overall success and growth of the organization. 

This position is a full-time salaried position at $35,000 – $45,000 (dependent on qualifications & experience) This position is based virtually (work from home) with intermittent in-person meetings with team and clients. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm MST and are looking for a candidate who has full availability during these times, as well as some flexibility for special events.

Required software knowledge:

Our company utilizes a variety of software to effectively deliver a high-touch, premium experience to clients. 

  • Asana (primary project management system, utilization required)
  • Slack (primary team communication channel, utilization required)

  • GSuite (Docs & Sheets)
  • Dropbox 
  • Later (primary social media scheduler)
  • Adobe Suite (occasional, basic use)
  • Lightroom & basic camera skills (Optional, will train)
  • Canva (occasional use)
  • Voxer (optional, will train)

Some of your responsibilities include:

MARKETING STRATEGY EXECUTION

The marketing coordinator is responsible for working closely with Marketing Manager & CEO to carry out execution and ongoing management of digital strategy campaigns that target specific client outcomes. The channels we use in these campaigns could look like:

  • Organic Social Media
  • Paid Social Media
  • Email or text message marketing
  • Graphic Design
  • Copywriting
  • Dedicated sales pages on clients’ existing website
  • PPC Ads
  • Photography & videography
  • Influencer Marketing

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Schedule, post and moderate client social channels
    • Including, but not limited to: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn
    • Batch 2-4 weeks of content at a time utilizing tools such as: Later (for IG/FB), 
    • Responding to public comments & direct messages on social channels within 48 hours
    • Updating highlights and other social platform features to showcase the most relevant company information
  • Generate editorial calendar based on marketing campaigns and priorities
  • Collaborate with clients’ leadership & internal teams and with Pollinate team members to execute marketing strategy
  • Conceptualize & execute client content shoots based on campaign needs
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects
  • Write & design email campaigns (pre-existing template provided)
  • Stay up to date on current trends that drive engagement and perform well on social and/or for sales
  • Set up, launch & monitor paid social media campaigns
  • Take feedback from management, leadership and clients/customers to adapt and improve accordingly
  • Update client websites for new campaigns, events, and general business updates
  • Design social media graphics, POS signage, digital products and more on behalf of clients (templates provided as needed)
  • Write and publish blog entries 
  • Collaborate across the organization to drive up standards for effectiveness

COMMUNICATION

  • Proactively communicate upcoming deliverables/deadlines daily
  • Regularly attend team and client meetings
  • Daily check-ins with the whole team, monthly client meetings and bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins with your manager
  • Stay up to date on all marketing trends and industry standards, as well as client happenings

DOCUMENT PROCESSES & UTILIZING EXISTING SYSTEMS

  • Create and adapt workflows in order to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Document any and all processes and workflows related to their work. This may include: checklists, loom walkthrough videos, processes, time management, saving, editing or creating new files, etc. 
  • Updating any Programs-related Standard Operating Procedures, keeping all Programs related resources up to date and accurate across platforms
  • Utilize existing processes, systems and project management tools: including regular use of Asana, Slack & Voxer
  • Respond within a reasonable time during ordinary working hours to Slack messages, Asana notifications, emails, and other messages pertaining to the scope of work

And other tasks as assigned.
